The Central Ostrobothnia Adult Education Institute is in the final stage of training 27 process operators in the town of Kaustinen. The participants have been divided into two groups; the first group aims at Vocational Qualification and the second group at Further Qualification in Chemical Engineering.
The programme was launched in September 2007, and it is carried out as evening, weekend and multiform education. The programme is specifically tailored for Keliber’s process and will last until autumn 2009. The group taking part in the programme is expected to form the backbone Keliber’s organisation when the lithium production commences.
